By accessing this website, booking a session, or enrolling in a program offered by RISE Mindset, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them carefully.

1. Nature of our services

RISE Mindset provides life coaching and mentorship. Our sessions, courses and masterclasses are educational and developmental in nature. They are not medical advice, psychiatric treatment, therapy, legal advice or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact a qualified professional or emergency service.

2. No guaranteed outcomes

Personal transformation depends heavily on your own participation, honesty and effort. We commit to walking beside you and giving our best guidance, but we cannot and do not guarantee any specific result, income, or life outcome.

3. Bookings and sessions

• Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement after you submit a booking request.
• Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.
• Repeated no-shows may result in a session being treated as delivered.
• We reserve the right to reschedule a session in unavoidable circumstances.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when booking, to attend sessions in a state fit to participate, and to treat your mentor and any group participants with respect. You are solely responsible for the decisions you take in your own life.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website and within our programs — text, frameworks, worksheets, recordings and videos — belongs to RISE Mindset. You may use it for your personal growth but may not copy, resell, redistribute or teach it commercially without written permission.

6. Confidentiality

What you share in a session stays between us, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a serious risk of harm to you or another person.

7. Payments

Fees for paid programs are communicated before enrolment. Free introductory sessions carry no charge and no obligation. Refunds are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RISE Mindset and its mentors are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or participation in our programs.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
