Refund and Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel comfortable starting, so here is exactly how cancellations, rescheduling and refunds work at RISE Mindset.

1. Free introductory session

The free 1-on-1 session carries no charge and no obligation. You can cancel or reschedule it at any time by replying to your confirmation email or calling us — no refund applies because no payment is taken.

2. Rescheduling a paid session

You may reschedule a paid session free of charge if you inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Requests made with less notice, or missed sessions without notice, are treated as delivered and are not refundable.

3. Cancelling a program before it starts

• Cancelled more than 7 days before the start date: full refund.
• Cancelled 2–7 days before the start date: 50% refund.
• Cancelled within 48 hours of the start date: no refund, but you may transfer your seat to a later batch once.

4. Cancelling after a program has started

Because our programs reserve dedicated mentor time, refunds after the program has begun are not available. If genuine personal circumstances prevent you from continuing, contact us — we will do our best to pause your program and resume it in a later batch.

5. Cancellations by us

If we cancel a session or program and cannot offer a suitable alternative date, you receive a full refund of the amount paid for that session or program.

6. How to request a refund

Email connect@risemindset.in with your name, phone number, the program booked and the reason for your request. We acknowledge every request within 2 business days.

7. Refund processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to reflect it.
